ANNUAL "SPONSORSHIP" SUPPORT APPLICATION
You can become an Individual, Church or Business SPONSOR with CAMA, Inc. for as little as $25.00 per year,
or higher in multiples of $25 up to $500.
If you would like to become a Charter Sponsor the dues are $500 or higher. Your blessed donation will be help CAMA with it's operating expenses to encourage and prepare our singers and musicians for the Lord's ministry.
